Job Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting, opportunity identification/qualification through face-to-face interactions with prospects, sales presentations, and closing new business.
  • Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding the company and our products and solutions.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in our products.
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to our company’s sales methodology.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified and well-developed customer sales opportunities, sufficient to meet agreed business goals.
  • Maintaining an accurate, updated sales plan and account profile using cloud-based CRM software.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Strong desire to be in software product sale.
  • Ability to establish and build relationships quickly with team members and customers.
  • Technology conversant with an aptitude to learn key business drivers for software product sale.
  • A bright and articulate individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in all sales related activities.
  • Past experience in technology sales is a plus.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a technology field.  Successful related work experience in Software Product Sales and IT Services may substitute.

Job Responsibilities:
  • You will act as a BPM technical expert with a focus on IBM Lombardi. Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Analyze and document information system requirements.
  • Participate in the technical design and implementation of BPM projects.
  • Follow our proprietary delivery methodology.
  • Participate in all phases of system and integration testing.
  • Follow documentation guidelines and prepare new documentation standards.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • You must possess a strong client focus and have the following experience and skills:
  • A minimum of two years of work experience with at least one year of BPMS implementation experience preferably with IBM Lombardi.
  • In depth experience with all aspects of IBM Lombardi.
  • Solid understanding of BPM methodology and best practices.
  • Superior knowledge of Web Services.
  • Good technical and analytical skill and the ability to innovate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • IBM Lombardi certifications are desirable.

We are looking for Sr. Computer System/Architect to join teams working on creative software solutions using our practice specific methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and development of software solutions applications including development of detailed description of requirements, functions, and steps required to develop complex systems;
  • Reviews computer system capabilities, work/process flow, to determine if system changes are required and possible within existing system;
  • Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or work/process flow as required;
  • Prepares functional specification document that includes processes and use cases;
  • Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve computer system;
  • Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures; identify problems, learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is being summarized and formats for reports
  • Interacts with software engineers to select the best design solutions and compatibility with other systems that would interact with the new system being designed;
  • Evaluate current and emerging technologies and products to develop the most cost effective and efficient system design;
  • May assist computer programmers in resolution of work problems related to flow charts, project specifications, or programming

Requirements include:
